msg (monosodium glutamate) and McDonald's, KFC, etc?
I can eat breakfast from McDonald fairly regularly, the Sausage McMuffin w / flour, egg, and recently one evening after dinner, I found that in my mouth was burning and gagging reflex and my eyes filled tears were also the food itself had this very sweet, tarty taste to it that you do not expect a sausage McMuffin (hash-brown). I literally the thought that someone had spotted a McDonald's literally my food. Then I found this information on MSG and it is in a lot of food Quick and KFC and McDonald's are the worst offenders. I've also been eating regularly at KFC lately my dinner. Usually get the chicken meal original with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Was this reaction that I experienced the culmination of eating too many of these fast food places that contain glutamate MSG?
The diet you're eating is bad for your health, of course MSG is terrible, and just use it because it is much cheaper than using real spices and healthy. They say that KFC is many times worse than McDonalds in terms of fat, preservatives, and they know what other crap they throw there. You are getting very smart if you are realizing you are eating too much junk. Do not tell me how old you are, but the sooner the better for your health and weight start eating better. Home cooking is the best option as most restaurants use a lot of questionable things in their food. If you can not cook at home do some searching for restaurants that offer healthier food that McD and KFC.
